Heavy floods in Bac Ninh exceed record 1.3m, forecast time to end flooding

According to the meteorological agency, the flood on the Thuong River (Bac Ninh) peaked at 7.6m (at 3:00 a.m. on October 9), above the historical flood level in 1986 of 1.3m and is decreasing.
