The Hanoi - Quang Ninh high-speed railway project passes through 4 provinces and cities, with a total length of about 120km, of which the section passing through Quang Ninh is the longest, with about 39km. Quang Ninh is assigned the task of coordinating to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of this particularly important project, expected on April 12.
