Directive No. 11-CT/TW dated July 20, 2026 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership and promoting the role of mass organizations in the new development stage sets new requirements for both awareness, leadership methods, management and organization of association activities.

On behalf of the Politburo, Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu signed and issued Directive 11 on strengthening the Party's leadership and promoting the role of mass associations in the new development stage. The Directive clearly states the requirements: Promptly rectify, arrange, consolidate or suspend activities, dissolve associations and organizations directly under associations that operate ineffectively, not in accordance with their principles and purposes.
