Dong Nai - On October 9, Bien Hoa City People's Committee issued a decision to reclaim the land area managed by Hiep Hoa ward to implement the project of building a commercial center.

HCMC – Tan Thoi Hiep 21 Street, over 1.7km long through District 12, will be expanded to 25m with a total investment of nearly 1,400 billion VND, and 446 households will have their land recovered.
