Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested Vietnam - Russia to complete negotiations on cooperation in the construction of Ninh Thuan 1 Nuclear Power Plant before January 15.

Khanh Hoa proposed to allocate an additional VND9,156 billion to implement the project of relocation, resettlement, and site clearance for Ninh Thuan nuclear power plants.
