The Ministry of Construction has just responded to voters in Vinh Long province about the expansion of national highways after the merger.
The entire National Highway 54 through Vinh Long will be 100% paved

Vinh Long - Ministry of Transport informed that National Highway 54 (section through Vinh Long province) will have 100% of the existing road surface paved with asphalt concrete.
