Speaking at the opening ceremony of the 2025 United Nations Vesak Festival held in Ho Chi Minh City, Politburo member and President Luong Cuong emphasized the need to include Compassion in policies, bring Intelligence into development orientation, promote the spirit of Incompetence - Forgiveness; that is, doing everything is not for oneself, but always thinking about the interests of the masses.
