At the beginning of 2026, the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation issued a plan to implement the movement "Trade Union Flower Garden - Green, Clean, Beautiful Enterprise", associated with the province's annual work theme: "Breakthrough in economic growth; improving urban quality, soon reaching the criteria of a centrally-run city".
