These types of trees are planted at the entrance to the headquarters, creating a good feeling for everyone when coming to the agency or people coming to contact work. The Ward Union Flower Garden is cleaned up by the agency's union members together, newly planted, cared for, and pruned regularly. The union members are assigned to take care of and water the trees every day; and prune them weekly to ensure cleanliness, beauty, neatness, and environmental protection.
The Trade Union Flower Garden model was built and implemented by the Thach Ban Ward Trade Union to arouse the enthusiasm, hard work and labor of the Trade Union members. Maintaining a spirit of self-awareness in caring for and protecting the flower garden to develop long-term, achieve high efficiency, making the landscape in the office premises increasingly "Green - Clean - Beautiful" is also a highly effective way of propaganda and education. Because doing this model well will create a fresh office space, a cultural, friendly and civilized working environment. The special thing here is that it was just launched in early November, but up to now, the Trade Union Flower Garden and the landscape with many beautiful trees have become a place for union members and workers to relax after stressful working hours. In particular, many union members have taken photos and checked in here outside of office hours.
