Apple is preparing to upgrade the mobile photography experience with the iPhone 17 Pro. This lineup is rumored to have a cluster of three rear cameras, all with a resolution of 48MP - similar to the iPhone 16 Pro Max but with improved algorithms and hardware, supporting 8K video recording - appearing for the first time on the iPhone.
Notably, the new telephoto camera will support optical zoom up to x8, a strong upgrade compared to the previous x8. The zoom system will be able to continuously adjust to increase the pick-up speed and limit vibration.
At the same time, Apple is expected to launch a new Camera Pro application, allowing users to deeply control the parameters when taking and recording videos. The feature of simultaneous filming with front and rear cameras will also appear, serving content creators.
The device's Selfie camera has been upgraded to 24MP, combined with a stronger configuration including RAM 12GB, Wi‐Fi 7 andvapor chamber - supporting the processing of filming and filming heavy images.
In terms of design, the iPhone 17 Pro will likely switch to a vertical camera cluster, aluminum frame + glass and have an additional brass orange and dark blue color. The device is expected to launch in September 2025 along with the iPhone 17, 17 Air and Pro Max versions.
