The National Anti-Corruption Commission of Thailand (NACC) on January 14 announced the declaration of assets and liabilities of Ms. Paetongtarn Shinawatra after she was dismissed from the position of Prime Minister of Thailand on August 30, 2025.
The total assets of Ms. Paetongtarn, her husband - Mr. Pidok Sooksawas and their unborn children reached 11.32 billion baht (about 323 million USD), while total liabilities were 4.44 billion baht (about 127 million USD).
Compared to the declaration when taking office in early 2025, this asset decreased by more than 2.67 billion baht (about 76 million USD), mainly due to fluctuations in the value of investments.
Ms. Paetongtarn Shinawatra declared the main amounts including: Investment portfolio worth 8.34 billion baht (about 238 million USD), bank deposits of 1.06 billion baht (about 30 million USD), 12 land plots worth 724.92 million baht (about 20.7 million USD), including 1 plot in Japan worth 15 million baht (about 430,000 USD).
Luxury assets include: 23 vehicles worth 66.77 million baht (about 1.9 million USD), including Bentley and Rolls-Royce, 75 watches worth 162 million baht (about 4.6 million USD), 217 handbags worth 76.65 million baht (about 2.2 million USD).
International real estate includes: Long-term rental rights for 2 apartments in London, worth 111.61 million baht (about 3.2 million USD) and 208.34 million baht (about 6 million USD) respectively.
Regarding payables, according to the declaration of former Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra, including: 4.43 billion baht (about 127 million USD), mainly receivables used to buy shares from relatives in the family.
Meanwhile, Mr. Pidok Sooksawas - Mrs. Paetongtarn Shinawatra's husband - declared 86.74 million baht of assets (about 2.5 million USD). His digital assets include: Bitcoin worth 1.17 million baht (about 33,000 USD) and Ethereum worth 1.81 million baht (about 52,000 USD), stored in a Bitkub wallet.
Ms. Paetongtarn Shinawatra's husband's assets also include real estate: 4 land plots worth 32.19 million baht (about 920,000 USD), including 1 plot in Japan worth 15 million baht (about 430,000 USD), 40 watches worth 68.9 million baht (about 2 million USD).
Meanwhile, Ms. Paetongtarn's children hold 130,693 baht (about 3,700 USD) in the form of rights and arising benefits.
Regarding annual income and expenditure, Ms. Paetongtarn declared an estimated income of 208.87 million baht/year (about 6 million USD), mainly from dividends, up to 205 million baht (about 5.9 million USD). Annual expenditure 58.22 million baht (about 1.7 million USD), of which 45 million baht (about 1.3 million USD) is for personal expenses.
Mr. Pidok declared an income of 4.90 million baht/year (about 140,000 USD). Spending 3.66 million baht (about 105,000 USD).
In the declaration, Ms. Paetongtarn's notable loans include lending her brother Panthongtae Shinawatra 15.23 million baht (about 435,000 USD) in 2016.
Meanwhile, Mr. Pidok testified that he lent Vin Capital a total of 12.77 million baht (about 365,000 USD) in the period 2021-2022.
