Russian military launches "storm" BM-27 Uragan rocket artillery

The BM-27 Uragan tu- Throwrowrowrow Rocket Artillery Complex, known as the "storm", was launched by the Russian military during a military exercise near the city of Chelyabinsk.

Each BM-27 Uragan launcher is equipped with a launching pad with 16 220mm barges. Each missile weighs 280kg, the warhead weighs from 90-100kg depending on the type. This artillery complex can launch a series of 16 missiles in just 20 seconds, with a reloading time of 15-20 minutes, and an effective range of 35km, according to RT.
