Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the G20 leaders' summit in Bali, Indonesia next week - RT quoted Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov as confirming on November 10.
Mr. Peskov said that Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will lead the Russian delegation to attend this two-day event.
