Disciplinary warning for Chairman of Cao Phong district

Hoa Binh - The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee has just decided to discipline Mr. Quach Van Ngoan - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Phong district.

On September 20, the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission held its 31st session, term XVII, 2020-2025. The session considered disciplinary action against Mr. Quach Van Ngoan - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Phong district.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that Mr. Quach Van Ngoan lacked self-cultivation, training, moral qualities, lifestyle, had a decline in will, violated professional ethics standards, violated regulations on exemplary responsibility, and violated things that party members are not allowed to do.

The above violations have caused public opinion, negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization, the working unit, the reputation of individuals and the image of cadres, Party members, leaders and managers.

Considering the content, nature, level, consequences of the violation, and cause of the violation; based on the Party's regulations, the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to discipline comrade Quach Van Ngoan - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Cao Phong District People's Committee with a warning.

Previously, on August 8, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province Bui Van Khanh signed Decision No. 1516 on temporarily suspending Mr. Quach Van Ngoan - Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Phong district.

Mr. Ngoan was temporarily suspended from work due to signs of serious violations of Party regulations and State laws. The suspension period is 15 working days from the date of signing the decision.
