The group stage of the 2024 National Volleyball Championship, Phase 2, is gradually coming to an end. The tournament has now determined 4 teams for the semi-finals, namely Sanest Khanh Hoa, Border Guard, The Cong Tan Cang and LPB Ninh Binh.
The semi-final matches have also been set, with Sanest Khanh Hoa facing Ninh Binh, and Border Defense facing The Cong Tan Cang. The final group stage matches on November 26 will be a formality.
With a 3-1 victory over Vinh Long, Da Nang officially finished in 5th place. The Han River team is sure to be safe in this year's national championship.
Thus, the 4 teams that will have to compete for relegation are Lavie Long An, Hanoi, Ha Tinh, Vinh Long. Here, the teams will face each other in a round-robin format. The results in the relegation round will be added together with the results of the 4 teams meeting each other in the group stage.
Phase 2 of the national volleyball championship takes place in Ba Ria - Vung Tau from November 21 to December 1. The semi-finals and relegation matches begin on November 28.
