For the first time, the coastal city of Da Nang has become the destination of PPA Tour Asia - MB Vietnam Cup 2025. The international pickleball event will take place from September 30 to October 4 at Tien Son Sports Palace.
The tournament brings together nearly 600 athletes from many countries, competing in two categories: Professional (Pro) and Amateur (Amateur), along with a series of diverse sports and entertainment activities.
PPA Tour Asia is not only a playground for the world's leading tennis players such as Ben Johns, Tyson Mc Guffin, Zoey Chang, Zane Navratil, Kaitlyn Christian, Phuc Huynh, Trinh Linh Giang, Ly Hoang Nam, Alix Truong, Sophia Phuong Anh... but also made an impression when organizing the Celebrity Cup - a gathering place for famous Vietnamese artists such as Tuan Hung, Minh Tiep, Binh Minh...
The organizers are aiming to set a Guinness World Record for the world's largest pickleball event on the occasion of the 4.10 competition day.
The series of parallel activities includes Vietnam Sports Festival - a large-scale sports exhibition, attractive showmatches, athlete exchange activities, pickleball experience areas for the audience and diverse entertainment and culinary spaces, promising to bring an unprecedented top-notch sports festival in Vietnam.
Preparations for the tournament have been seriously implemented, the stadium surface has been completed according to international Joola standards.
The opening ceremony will take place on the evening of September 30 with more than 2,000 guests and the closing ceremony is expected to attract about 6,000 attendees.
This year's event was organized by the Da Nang Pickleball Federation, in coordination with FPT Play and AAC Company.
