Bich Thuy waiting for visa to Korea
Recently, the homepage of GS Caltex club officially announced the successful recruitment of athlete Tran Thi Bich Thuy from Vietnam.
"Welcome Tran Thi Bich Thuy. Vietnam national team player Bich Thuy has joined GS Caltex Seoul Kixx. Please give Bich Thuy lots of love and support," the Korean team wrote.
A representative of Duc Giang Chemical Club - Bich Thuy's home team - said that this midfielder has signed a 3-month contract with GS Caltex W. Currently, the player has signed a contract and completed all procedures according to regulations.
Currently, Bich Thuy is waiting for a visa to go to Korea. When she has a visa, Bich Thuy will leave. Thus, after Thanh Thuy, Bich Thuy is the second player of Vietnamese women's volleyball to go abroad at the present time.
Coach Tuan Kiet is happy
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Kiet was honored as "National Outstanding Coach 2024". The captain of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team led the voting list.
The coach born in 1976 said he was happy and moved when he learned that he was voted number 1 in the list of outstanding coaches of Vietnamese sports.
"Many coaches in this year's election have good professional results, but as volleyball players, we are very happy that the sport has received votes from reporters and professionals," said Mr. Nguyen Tuan Kiet.
Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet's success in 2024 was marked by a series of impressive achievements with the Vietnamese women's volleyball team. Under his leadership, the national women's volleyball team won the 2024 AVC Challenge Cup, finished third in the 2024 FIVB Challenge Cup, was runner-up in the 2024 SEA V.League, and qualified for the 2025 World Volleyball Championship.
Information about Hoa Lu Binh Dien Cup 2025
Hoa Lu Binh Dien Cup will be the first volleyball tournament to open in 2025. Recently, the organizing committee, host Ninh Binh, has completed the regulations for next year's tournament and sent them to the Vietnam Volleyball Federation for coordination.
Next year’s tournament will feature the top 6 men’s and 6 women’s teams in Vietnam. The men’s teams include Border Guard, LPBank Ninh Binh, Tan Cang The Cong, Ho Chi Minh City Police, Hanoi and Long An. The women’s teams include VTV Binh Dien Long An, LPBank Ninh Binh, Information Corps, Thanh Hoa, Vietinbank and Thai Binh.
The total prize value of the Hoa Lu Binh Dien Cup 2025 is up to 500 million VND.
