The Office of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee has just issued a document announcing the opinion of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on the recruitment exam for leaders and managers at the department and office levels.
Accordingly, implementing Regulation No. 80-QD/TW dated August 18, 2022 of the Politburo, Regulation No. 1644-QD/TU dated October 12, 2024 of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on decentralization of cadre management and appointment and introduction of candidates; Plan No. 293-KH/TU dated May 8, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee implementing Conclusion No. 50-KL/TU dated February 28, 2023 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient"; After reviewing Document No. 2964-TTr/BTCTU dated December 31, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee agreed to stop the pilot implementation of the recruitment exam for leaders and managers at the department and division levels according to Regulation No. 05-QC/TU dated January 5, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee until there are specific regulations and instructions from the Central Government on the recruitment exam for leadership and management positions.
The Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee requests that relevant Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units, based on their functions and tasks, carry out the appointment of cadres in accordance with Party regulations, State laws, instructions and guidance of competent authorities and Regulation No. 1644-QD/TU dated October 12, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee on decentralization of cadre management and appointment and introduction of cadres for election.
It is known that Quang Ninh is one of the pioneering localities and has achieved many results in piloting the recruitment of leaders and managers at the department and division levels.
The recruitment titles include many positions, including heads of agencies and units under the Provincial People's Committee; Principal of Nguyen Van Cu Cadre Training School, Ha Long University; Editor-in-Chief of Quang Ninh Newspaper; deputy heads of departments, agencies and units under the Provincial People's Committee; Vice Principal of Ha Long University; Deputy Head of Ha Long Bay Management Board; deputy heads of Party committees of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; Deputy Principal of Nguyen Van Cu Cadre Training School; Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Quang Ninh Newspaper and equivalent.
The positions to be recruited belong to the departments, branches and sectors under management: Heads of departments, deputy heads of departments and equivalent positions of the Party committees, Inspection Committee, Provincial Party Committee Office, Nguyen Van Cu Cadre Training School, Quang Ninh Newspaper; heads and deputy heads of branches, centers, heads of departments, deputy heads of departments and equivalent positions of the provincial departments, branches and sectors; heads and deputy heads of departments and teams in branches of the provincial departments and sectors.
