This year's tournament takes place at Dong Anh Gymnasium (Hanoi). At this time, Nguyen Ngoc Thuan is already training in Dong Anh (Hanoi).
Recently, the Vietnam Men's Volleyball Team won the championship of stage 2 of the SEA V.Cup 2026.
In which, main attacker Nguyen Ngoc Thuan received 2 individual titles: Best All-Around Athlete and Best Attacking Athlete of the tournament.
Also returning to Dong Anh (Hanoi) to train with the Vietnam Army Men's Volleyball Team with Nguyen Ngoc Thuan are players Tran Minh Duc, Tran Duy Tuyen, Truong The Khai, Phan Cong Duc, Cao Duc Hoang, Pham Thanh Tung. These are the faces of the Vietnam Men's Volleyball Team.
In addition, the players of the Vietnam Men's Volleyball Team, Pham Quoc Du, Bui Xuan Tien, Tran Hoai Phuong, Tran Thanh Nhan, and Duong Van Tien, returned to their managing team, Ho Chi Minh City Police.
The Ho Chi Minh City Police men's team will participate in the ASEAN Military Volleyball Tournament 2026.
The tournament organizers will have the participation of 6 teams with 2 representatives of Vietnam being the Vietnam Army Team (host), Ho Chi Minh City Police and 4 guests from Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, Myanmar.
This year, the tournament will be open to the public at Dong Anh Gymnasium (Hanoi) for fans to have the opportunity to directly come and cheer for the players.
According to research, the tournament has programs from August 18 to August 28. In which, the official teams compete from August 21.
