Striker Tran Thi Thanh Thuy has parted ways with Gresik Petrokimia Club (Indonesia) after reaching an agreement to terminate her contract early with this women's volleyball team.
It is known that replacing Vietnam's main striker in the remaining stage of the Indonesian national championship is American striker Julia Sangiacomo.
After completing the procedures, Thanh Thuy arrived in Vietnam. The Binh Duong native was able to return home to reunite with her family and celebrate a late Lunar New Year with her loved ones. Since 2015, the captain of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team has been continuously competing abroad in Thailand, Taiwan (China), and Japan. The national championships of these countries coincide with the Lunar New Year, so Thanh Thuy rarely gets to celebrate Tet with her family.
It is known that, for now, this is Thanh Thuy's Tet holiday. After that, she will have a working session with her management unit. When there is specific information about the female striker's competition program in Indonesia, the management team VTV Binh Dien Long An will officially announce it to the media.
