The volleyball federation is receiving competition registrations from localities and the deadline for finalizing the final list of the 2026 National A-League is April 2026.
The 2026 National Volleyball Championship continues to allow teams to register a maximum of 2 foreign players and must comply with the transfer regulations of the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB).
At the same time, foreign players transferred by A-League teams are not players who have played in the 2026 National Championship.
The regulations of the 2026 National Volleyball Championship continue to promote the fighting spirit for the national team.
Accordingly, the regulation specifically states: "An athlete is summoned to the national team, national youth team without complying with the summons order of the Vietnam Volleyball Federation and the Vietnam Department of Sports and Physical Training; or the club does not allow athletes to train for the national team for any reason (except in cases of force majeure and with the consent of the Vietnam Volleyball Federation), the Federation will consider not allowing athletes and clubs to compete in the official rounds and tournaments of the Vietnam Volleyball Federation".
The 2026 National Volleyball Championship has 2 promotion slots to participate in the 2027 National Championship, for men's and women's championship teams.
