However, the team's coaching staff has not announced the specific identities of the foreign players because the foreign players have not yet arrived in Vietnam. This is the first time the Hanoi women's volleyball team has hired foreign players to compete.
Recently, the Hanoi Volleyball Federation announced a socialized unit to accompany the women's volleyball team to have the best resources to ensure sustainable development in the upcoming period. The achievement target of the Hanoi women's volleyball team is to be promoted and participate in the 2026 National Championship.
In addition to the Hanoi women's team, the Bac Ninh and Quang Ninh women's teams also increased foreign players to participate in the 2025 National A-Class Football Tournament finals. The Quang Ninh team currently has 2 top players, main striker Vi Thi Nhu Quynh and libero Le Thi Yen.
