HCMC - On the evening of December 18, the central area of HCMC burst into happiness when U22 Vietnam came back to beat Thailand, winning the dramatic 33rd SEA Games Gold Medal.

Thanh Nhan's precious goal in extra time helped U22 Vietnam complete an unbelievable comeback, defeating Thailand with a score of 3-2. As soon as the final whistle blew for 120 minutes, the center of Ho Chi Minh City exploded in the happiness of tens of thousands of fans.

On Le Loi Street, tens of thousands of people jumped up like a huge wave. The screams "Lai! Goal! Goal!" and "Vietnam is the champion!" echoed throughout high-rise buildings.
