Fans can buy exclusive tickets on the Techcombank OneU application. For the match against Singapore, the opening time is from 10:00 am on July 17 to 23:59 pm on July 25 or until tickets are sold out. Meanwhile, tickets for the match against Cambodia are open for sale from 10:00 am on July 20 to 23:59 pm on July 29.
To buy tickets, viewers need to use their citizen identification card or passport to register information. Payment is made through integrated methods on the application such as domestic cards, international cards or Upoint bonus points.
According to the plan, all tickets will be delivered via Vietnam Post to the registered customer address. For the match against Singapore, tickets purchased before July 22 will be delivered nationwide. For tickets purchased from July 23 to the end of July 25, the delivery service is only applied in 18 provinces and cities in the Northern region. Tickets for the match against Cambodia will be delivered nationwide.
In case tickets cannot be issued to the registered address, buyers can receive tickets directly at Post Office 130675 - Tu Liem Service Center (Xuan Phuong ward, Hanoi) on the day of the match after completing the procedures for comparing documents according to regulations. In case of receiving on behalf, there must be a power of attorney and a copy of the personal papers of the authorizing person and the authorized person.
VFF said that the organizers can adjust the ticket issuance and refund plan depending on actual conditions to ensure security and safety.
In addition, spectators coming to the stadium are advised not to bring flares, fireworks, pepper spray, sharp objects or prohibited items as prescribed by law. The organizers have the right to refuse entry to the stadium for violating cases and not refund tickets.
