According to the Vietnam Chess Federation, the two courses mentioned above are organized according to the training process issued by the FIDE. Regarding the additional costs incurred for students who need to receive graduation certificates, additional fees are also collected based on the current regulations of the FIDE.
Representatives of the Federation said that after each course ends, FIDE will send invoices for the unit to complete financial obligations according to regulations. Up to now, tuition fees for the training class in Hai Phong have been transferred to the FIDE's account. Meanwhile, fees related to the class in Ho Chi Minh City are still waiting for FIDE to issue invoices before completing payment procedures.
In the response document, the Vietnam Chess Federation emphasized that it always fully complies with the requirements and guidelines of the FIDE in the process of organizing professional training courses. The unit also affirmed that it will continue to closely coordinate with the FIDE in the process of verifying related contents to clarify the case.
In addition, the Federation is committed to ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the organization as well as the trainees participating in the course. All arising issues will be handled in a spirit of transparency, responsibility and constructiveness, in accordance with FIDE regulations as well as current regulations.
According to the Vietnam Chess Federation, cooperation with the FIDE in the verification process will contribute to ensuring objectivity, while creating a basis for resolving the case satisfactorily and in accordance with regulations.
