Thai Cycling Association has also prepared 27 bicycles for the team to choose from and is transporting them from Bangkok to the competition venue.

As previously reported, the Vietnamese road cycling team flew to Thailand on the afternoon of February 5 to participate in the 2025 Asian Road Cycling Championship, which will take place from February 7 to 16. After arriving at Bangkok airport, the Vietnamese team boarded the organizing committee's bus to the competition venue.

The competition equipment, including bicycles, spare tires, shoes, and helmets, was transported by truck by the organizers. The reason why the truck caught fire is still unknown. However, the number of bicycles and equipment that the Vietnamese cycling team lost was quite large. Among them, there were athletes competing in 2 events, so they had to bring 2 specialized vehicles to compete.
