On the morning of March 22, localities in Lao Cai province simultaneously responded to the Olympic Running Day for the health of the whole people, for national security in 2026.
In Yen Bai ward, the political center of the province, from early morning, more than 200 officials, coaches, athletes from 19 athlete delegations in the province and over 3,500 officials, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, youth union members, students and people participated in response.


Speaking at the launching ceremony, Ms. Vu Thi Hien Hanh - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee requested levels, sectors, and localities to continue to promote the campaign "All people practice physical exercise following the example of the great Uncle Ho".
Propagating to raise people's awareness about the role and significance of physical exercise, contributing to improving health, quality of life, and building Lao Cai people to develop comprehensively, meeting development requirements in the new period.
Along with Yen Bai ward, the Olympic Running Day for All People's Health was organized simultaneously in 99 communes and wards in Lao Cai province, attracting hundreds of thousands of people to participate and respond.




This is a local program accompanying 34 provinces and cities across the country to celebrate the success of the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term; celebrating the 80th anniversary of Vietnam Sports Day and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, delegates, athletes and a large number of people participated in the run in response to the Olympic Running Day for National Health, creating a lively atmosphere and spreading the spirit of physical exercise in the community.
