Recorded on streets such as Nguyen Van Linh, Bach Dang, Tran Phu, Dien Bien Phu, Le Duan, ... thousands of people with national flags, banners,en and brilliant red shirts celebrated the victory.
Amid the joyful atmosphere of the victory, many people still strictly followed traffic safety regulations, proactively slowed down, stopped at the right line, and waited for traffic lights.
