Recorded on streets such as Nguyen Van Linh, Bach Dang, 2 Thang 9, Tran Phu, Dien Bien Phu, Le Duan... thousands of people along with national flags, banners, horns and bright red shirts celebrated.
Many people still strictly comply with traffic safety regulations, proactively reduce speed, stop cars on the right lane and wait for traffic lights in order.
