Phạm Thị Huệ competed in the second race, contending with 5 other athletes: Kenia Lechuga (Mexico), Karolien Florijn (Netherlands), Alexandra Foster (Germany), Tatsiana Klimovich (Belarus), and Alejandra Alonso (Paraguay).
