Currently, players of the LPBank Ninh Binh women's volleyball team (including Bich Tuyen) are entitled to salaries and benefits according to local regulations. The salary or income of each person is not disclosed to the outside.
Before merging with the new Ninh Binh province of Ha Nam and Nam Dinh, the old Ninh Binh province implemented the regime for coaches and athletes according to Resolution No. 129/2021/NQ-HDND of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council issued on December 10, 2021.
Accordingly, the salary regime for sports athletes in Ninh Binh province during training and competition is paid by the athlete management agency.
However, Ninh Binh province also has special support for volleyball players. During the training and competition period, the players of the Ninh Binh provincial volleyball team have a nutritional allowance (meal) of 240,000 VND/person/day.
Athletes from the 1st and 2nd teams and the strong volleyball team of Ninh Binh province when participating in the national championship will receive a functional food regime with a maximum amount of 3,000,000 VND/person/year.
At the same time, players of the first team who win a gold medal at the national championship, a gold medal at the National Sports Festival or a silver medal, a bronze medal at the Southeast Asian Championship (or at the SEA Games) will receive a support level of VND 5,500,000/person/month.
Ninh Binh province has regulations on policies to support training, competition and a number of other policies of the province for coaches and athletes of the strong volleyball team in addition to salary and training support. Specific regulations for athletes of the strong-class volleyball team of Ninh Binh province are:
Level 1 athletes are supported with VND 20,000,000/person/month, level 2 athletes are supported with VND 14,000,000/person/month, level 3 athletes are supported with VND 5,500,000/person/month, level 4 athletes are supported with VND 3,500,000/person/month, level 5 athletes are supported with VND 2,000,000/person/month. Players assigned to be team captains in addition to the support level as athletes are supported with an additional VND 5,600,000/person/month.
Other support policies for volleyball athletes of Ninh Binh province stipulate:
Athletes who are Vietnamese citizens of the Ninh Binh province's strong volleyball team will be supported with a one-time amount of funding equal to 20 times their current monthly income at the time the athlete meets the standards (including salary, support according to regulations) to stabilize their long-term life if they ensure one of the following conditions and standards:
Being called up to train the National Volleyball Team; being recognized as a grandmaster athlete for 6 years or more (increased); Athletes transferred from other units or freelance athletes signing contracts to practice and compete for the Ninh Binh Provincial Strong Volleyball Team....
Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen was a member of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team before withdrawing from the 2025 World Championship. This hitter is the captain of the LPBank Ninh Binh women's team. In addition, Bich Tuyen won the national championship with LPBank Ninh Binh team in 2023.
With such an achievement, Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen is a level 1 player, enjoying good treatment at LPBank Ninh Binh women's team as prescribed by the locality. Including the support, captain Bich Tuyen can receive more than 30 million VND/month.
