In the early morning of October 1 (Vietnam time), Tottenham had a stormy 90 minutes at Bodo/Glimt's field in the Champions League and only won a 2-2 draw.

Although rated higher, the Premier League team encountered many difficulties in the fierce and effective playing style of the Norwegian representative. After a goalless first half, Bodo/Glimt surprisingly created an advantage. In the 53rd minute, Jens Hauge had a technical dribble before finishing to open the scoring. Just a few minutes later, the striker continued to make his mark with a beautiful long-range shot, raising the gap to 2-0.

The match then took place at high speed, when Bodo/Glimt still created many dangerous situations. Andreas Helmersen almost decided the match in the 88th minute, but his shot hit the crossbar.

The drama was pushed up in the 89th minute when Jostein Maurstad Gundersen confused the ball into his own net. The goal was initially disallowed due to suspicions of of of being offside, but after consulting VAR, referee Ivan Kruzliak decided to let Tottenham equalize 2-2.

This result accurately reflects the situation of an emotional match, with unexpected situations, free kicks and intervention by VAR technology. Tottenham escaped the defeat with great luck, while Bodo/Glimt also had the right to regret missing the opportunity to win historically.

After two matches, Tottenham has 4 points, while Bodo/Glimt temporarily has only 2 points. The competition in the group stage promises to have many unpredictable developments in the next matches.
