Comprehensive Alpha coaching team - a platform to improve the quality of pickleball players
Unlike programs that only focus on competition skills, the "Golden Standard Training" of RacketPro Organization (RPO) is built with the orientation of developing a comprehensive generation of pickleball coaches. In addition to technical expertise, coaches are also equipped with teaching methods, community building and deploying pickleball activities in the locality.
A clear proof of this orientation is the in-depth COEBRA training program held in Vietnam within the framework of APAC Tour 2026. The course gathers 15 coaches from 8 Asian countries, participating in a 4-week training journey under the direct guidance of an international Master Coaches team including Mr. Collin Johns - World's leading men's doubles player, cum Global Training Director of RPO; Mr. Chris Harradine - Director of Professional Development and International Athletes of RPO, Mr. Connor Nguyen - Executive Director of RPO APAC, Derek Sawer - Executive Director of Experience and Training Expert of RPO.

With in-depth training combining theory and practice on the field, trainees not only improve their training foundation but also "combat" to coordinate Clinic sessions (reality application training) for many target groups from beginners, intermediate players to teenagers. Thanks to that, trainers are equipped with flexible adaptability to the diverse needs of the community while optimizing player performance.
Building a sustainable pickleball ecosystem "reaching gold standards
With RacketPro, coach training has never stopped at professional techniques. RPO's goal is to build a sustainable pickleball community, where each coach is not only a knowledge transmitter but also an inspiration, leading the movement and creating positive impacts for this sport to the local community as well as the entire region.

In addition to professional training courses, RPO regularly organizes Level 1 Workshops, Clinics, Coach Meetings and many other exchange programs to create opportunities for coaches, international experts, strategic partners and the gaming community to share experiences, update knowledge and expand the network of connections.

Through these activities, the coaching team not only continues to improve their professional capacity but also has more resources to develop the pickleball community in the locality. At the same time, players also have access to a higher quality training and exchange environment, contributing to improving the general standards of the sport throughout the region.
In the context of pickleball entering a more selective development phase, systematic training programs and well-invested community activities are becoming important factors to maintain long-term growth momentum. With a focus on people, expertise and community connection, RPO's "Golden Standard for Pickleball Training" is gradually creating a solid foundation for the future of the sport in Asia - Pacific.
