On the evening of August 10, the Vietnam women's volleyball team faced Thailand in a decisive match to compete for the championship of the second phase of the 2025 SEA V.League.
In the first set, Thanh Thuy and her teammates did not start very smoothly when they continuously lost points because the first step was not good and they lost 17-25 to Thailand.
In set 2, the home team played more excitedly, continuously leading for most of the time. However, Nguyen Uyen's missed serve at the decisive moment caused Vietnam to lose 24-26.

The climax was pushed up in sets 3 and 4 when coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet's students showed their mettle and strong mentality to defeat Thailand with scores of 25-17 and 25-22 respectively, thereby dragging their opponents into the 5th set.
In this important set, Bich Tuyen played impressively, contributing to helping the Vietnamese women's volleyball team overcome Thailand with a score of 15-13 to win the second stage of the 2025 SEA V.League.

This is also the first time the Vietnamese women's volleyball team has overcome the team from the land of the Golden Temple to become a new champion in the Southeast Asian tournament.
