In the 19th minute, from Nam Hieu's pressure situation, the U17 Hue goalkeeper could not catch the ball after a shot. Dinh Son promptly rushed in to volley, opening the score for U17 PVF.
After the goal, U17 PVF continued to create many dangerous opportunities, while U17 Hue faced difficulties against the opponent's ball control ability and had to make efforts to defend to limit more goals conceded before halftime.
In the second half, U17 Hue actively pushed up the squad to find an equalizer. However, this also created conditions for U17 PVF to exploit gaps in counter-attacks. In the 51st minute, from a free kick situation, the U17 Hue goalkeeper handled it indecisively, creating an opportunity for Sy Bach to volley, increasing the score to 2-0.
In the remaining minutes, U17 PVF continued to control the game. In the 87th minute, Sy Bach completed a double with a narrow-angle finish, sealing a 3-0 victory for the PVF Academy team.
Defeating U17 Hue in the final, U17 PVF officially won the National U17 Football Tournament - Red Dragon Cup 2026. This is the fifth time this team has won the championship in the national U17 playground, continuing to affirm its position as one of the leading youth training centers in Vietnamese football.
