Retail gasoline and oil prices today, August 21st, at the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) system are applied according to the latest adjustment from 3:00 PM on August 20th by the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance. In this period, the prices of all gasoline and oil items increased, of which diesel increased the most.
According to the latest price list, E10 RON 95-V bio-gasoline is listed by Petrolimex at 24,060 VND/liter in region 1 and 24,540 VND/liter in region 2. E10 RON 95-III bio-gasoline is priced at 22,660 VND/liter in region 1 and 23,110 VND/liter in region 2.
For E5 RON 92-II bio-gasoline, the current selling price is 21,830 VND/liter in region 1 and 22,260 VND/liter in region 2, continuing to be the item with the lowest price in the gasoline group at the Petrolimex system.
In the oil group, 0.001S-V diesel oil is sold at 30,640 VND/liter in region 1 and 31,250 VND/liter in region 2. 0.05S-II diesel oil is priced at 28,540 VND/liter in region 1 and 29,110 VND/liter in region 2.
In addition, kerosene 2-K is listed at 27,290 VND/liter in region 1 and 27,830 VND/liter in region 2. For the mazut oil group, mazut oil N02B (3.5S) is priced at 17,680 VND/kg in region 1 and 18,030 VND/kg in region 2; mazut oil 180cst - 0.5S (RMG) is sold at 22,980 VND/kg in region 1 and 23,430 VND/kg in region 2.
Compared to the previous operating period, retail prices of gasoline and oil items at Petrolimex on August 21 simultaneously increased. E10 RON 95-V bio-gasoline increased by 550 VND/liter, to 24,060 VND/liter; E10 RON 95-III bio-gasoline also increased by 550 VND/liter, to 22,660 VND/liter. E5 RON 92-II bio-gasoline increased by 600 VND/liter, to 21,830 VND/liter.
In the oil group, 0.001S-V diesel oil and 0.05S-II diesel oil both increased sharply by 1,310 VND/liter, to 30,640 VND/liter and 28,540 VND/liter respectively. 2-K kerosene increased by 1,120 VND/liter, to 27,290 VND/liter.
Two fuel oil products were also adjusted to increase by 930 VND/kg. Accordingly, fuel oil N02B (3.5S) increased to 17,680 VND/kg, while fuel oil 180cst - 0.5S (RMG) increased to 22,980 VND/kg.
According to Petrolimex's regulations, region 1 applies in areas near ports, wholesale warehouses or petroleum production facilities; region 2 applies in areas far from ports, far from wholesale warehouses and far from production facilities. In these areas, directors of member petroleum companies are allowed to decide the actual selling price but not exceeding the region 2 price announced by Petrolimex.
The above retail price is applied at the entire Petrolimex gas station system, agents, general agents and retailers nationwide until the next gasoline and oil price adjustment period of the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance.
The adjustment is made based on the diễn biến of finished gasoline and oil prices in the world market in the price calculation cycle and current regulations on gasoline and oil price management.
