According to the Domestic Market Management and Development Department, Market Management Team No. 5, Hanoi Market Management Department has just coordinated with Vinh Hung Ward Police to inspect a cosmetics business establishment at 419 Vinh Hung Street, Vinh Hung Ward, Hanoi, with Ms. P.H.D as the business owner.
At the time of inspection, Ms. P.H.D could not present the Business Registration Certificate at the above address.
Notably, the authorities have discovered and temporarily detained 15,000 Lucenbase Whitening Moisturizing Mask 25ml skin care masks/product, with a listed price at the facility of VND 12,000/product. The total value of the violating shipment is estimated at 180 million VND.
All of the above goods are produced abroad, without invoices or documents proving the legal import origin, and are identified as smuggled goods according to the provisions of law.
Currently, Market Management Team No. 5 is continuing to coordinate with Vinh Hung Ward Police to complete the dossier and handle Ms. P.H.D's violation according to the law.
