Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Official Dispatch No. 121/CD-TTg dated July 25, 2025 on overcoming the consequences of a traffic accident on National Highway 1 through Song Tri Ward, Ha Tinh Province.
According to the dispatch, at 2:10 a.m. on July 25, a particularly serious traffic accident occurred on National Highway 1 through Song Tri Ward, Ha Tinh Province when a passenger car with license plate 43F-007.76 overturned due to loss of control, resulting in 10 deaths and 14 injuries.
Upon receiving information about the accident, the Government leaders directed to send warm and thoughtful condolences to the injured and express deep condolences to the relatives and families of the deceased victims; at the same time, directed the leaders of Ha Tinh province and the police and medical forces to the scene to overcome the consequences of the accident.
To promptly overcome the consequences of the above accident and prevent similar traffic accidents, the Prime Minister requested:
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Head of the Traffic Safety Committee of Ha Tinh province directed the provincial authorities and functional units to immediately arrange all medical and medicinal facilities to treat the victims, minimizing the losses of people's lives and property; organize visits, support and encourage the victims and the families of the victims who died in the accident.
Urgently clarify the direct and indirect causes related to the above traffic accident.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City directed the inspection and review of compliance with legal regulations on road transport activities of transport business units for passenger vehicles with license plate 43F-007.76, especially inspection of safety conditions of transport business vehicles; strictly handle violations by bus companies and vehicle owners (if any) in accordance with the provisions of law.
The Minister of Public Security directs the Ha Tinh Provincial Police and the Public Security of relevant units to urgently investigate, clarify the cause of the accident and strictly handle in accordance with the provisions of law for organizations and individuals who violate regulations and cause the above accident.
Note to strictly handle drivers, vehicle owners or vehicle owners and related individuals in case of violations of regulations on vehicle safety conditions in the above accident.
At the same time, direct the police of units and localities to increase patrols and strictly control road transport activities by car, especially large-scale passenger vehicles.
Review the journey monitoring device system for transport vehicles, strictly handle violations in accordance with the law, especially violations of regulations on checking vehicle safety conditions.
Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities direct the strengthening of inspection and supervision of compliance with legal regulations related to business activities and business conditions for automobile transportation, especially regulations on safety conditions for transport vehicles, working hours, conditions, and health of drivers.
Strictly handle violations by drivers, bus companies, vehicle owners and related individuals in accordance with the provisions of law to prevent similar accidents.
