On December 12, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed decisions appointing personnel for the Ministry of National Defense.

In Decision No. 1566/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung - Director of the Department of Personnel, General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.

In Decision No. 1552/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Major General La Cong Phuong - Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 1, Ministry of National Defense - to hold the position of Political Commissar of Military Region 1, Ministry of National Defense.

In Decision No. 1551/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Major General Dinh Quoc Hung - Political Commissar of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command - to hold the position of Political Commissar of the General Department of Defense Industry, Ministry of National Defense.

In Decision No. 1555/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Colonel Do Quoc An - Chief of Engineering of the Navy, Ministry of National Defense - to hold the position of Deputy Commander of the Navy, Ministry of National Defense.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 1554/QD-TTg dated December 12, 2024 appointing Colonel Nguyen Van Xuan - Commander of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Military Command, Military Region 2, Ministry of National Defense - to hold the position of Deputy Commander of Military Region 2, Ministry of National Defense.

Before holding the position of Commander of Vinh Phuc Provincial Military Command, Colonel Nguyen Van Xuan held the position of Division Commander of Division 316.

Promoted to the rank of Senior Lieutenant General for Mr. Le Quang Minh

On December 11, at the Presidential Palace, President Luong Cuong presided over the ceremony to present the decision to promote the rank of Senior Lieutenant General to Mr. Le Quang Minh - Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.
