On February 20, the Office of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province announced that Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung had signed a decision approving the list of cadres who retired early and quit their jobs in the first quarter of 2025, according to their wishes.
According to the decision, Quang Nam has 50 people retiring early, 4 people quitting their jobs, receiving benefits from March 1, 2025. All 54 people have submitted resignation applications, in order to facilitate the work of reorganizing the apparatus and administrative units.
Notably, in this list of officials who are on leave this time, there are 6 Department Directors who are allowed to retire early, including: Ms. Truong Thi Loc - Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Mr. Dang Phong - Director of the Department of Finance, Mr. Nguyen Quang Thu - Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Mr. Nguyen Phi Thanh - Director of the Department of Science and Technology, Mr. Pham Viet Tich - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of the province and Mr. Dang Ba Du - Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
The remaining cases include Ms. Luu Thi Bich Ngoc - Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of the province and a number of heads and deputy heads of departments of departments, branches, districts and towns in the province.
