Implementing the provisions of Clause 2, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP of December 31, 2023, detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Reward, the Ministry of Defense has publicized the list of individuals that have been awarded the title of national emulation soldiers and individuals to collect opinions of organizations and individuals.
The time for collecting opinions is from April 26 to May 12, 2025.
The specific list of proposals to award the title of National Emulation Fighter is as follows:
Professional Military Major Bui Trung Hieu - Head of the Technical Department, Enterprise II, Factory Z113, General Department of Defense Industry;
Lieutenant Colonel Duong Duy Long - Deputy Director of Factory Z117, General Department of Defense Industry;
Lieutenant Colonel Phan Quang Phuc - Deputy Director of Factory Z183, General Department of Defense Industry;
Captain Ho Tra Viet Linh - Deputy Chief of Staff of Center 186, Command 86;
