The Hanoi People's Council has just passed a Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the list of works and projects to reclaim land in 2025; list of projects to change the purpose of using rice-growing land in Hanoi.
In this list, there are many social housing projects that are about to be implemented in the city.
Bac Tu Liem District:
- Housing project for the People's Public Security armed forces at 3 land plots with symbols: K4-TT1, C2-TT1, C2-TT2 belonging to the 20% land fund of Starlake Tay Ho Tay Tay urban area (Bac Tu Liem district and Tay Ho district).
- Housing project for the armed forces of the People's Public Security at the land plot marked CT1, CT2, CT4 of Vibex Urban Area.
- Housing project for the armed forces of the People's Public Security at the land plot marked IA25 belonging to the 20% land fund of the Nam Thang Long Urban Area project, Xuan Dinh ward.
Chuong My District:
- Housing project for the People's Public Security armed forces in Dong Son commune.
Dong Anh District:
- Housing project for the People's Public Security armed forces at symbol boxes G1 and G3 in Xuan Canh Resettlement Area.
Gia Lam District:
- Housing project for the armed forces of the People's Public Security in Co Bi commune.
Hoai Duc District:
- Housing project for the armed forces of the People's Public Security in Van Canh commune.
- Housing project for the armed forces of the People's Public Security in Lai Yen commune, Hoai Duc district (formerly the Housing Project for officers and soldiers of General Department IV).
Tay Ho District:
- Housing project for the People's Public Security armed forces in Zone X1, Phu Thuong Ward.
Thanh Tri District:
- Investment project to build social housing for officers and soldiers of the Ministry of Public Security in Thanh Liet commune.
- Housing project for the armed forces of the People's Public Security in Thanh Liet commune.
- Housing project for the People's Public Security armed forces at the land plot marked A18 of the Southern Urban Functional Area of Ring Road 3 project, Thanh Liet commune.
Thanh Xuan District:
