On the morning of May 4, the Standing Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce and award decisions on personnel work, transfer, and appointment of Mr. Phan Dang Toan - Secretary of Sa Pa ward - to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
The conference took place at the headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission, with the participation and direction of Mr. Duong Quoc Huy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee.
The conference was also attended by members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; representatives of agencies of the internal affairs bloc and Sa Pa ward.
The consolidation of the personnel of the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission aims to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation, contributing to improving the efficiency of the province's work.
Mr. Phan Dang Toan was born on April 10, 1972, Kinh ethnicity, with a master's degree in law and advanced political theory.
During his work, he served as Deputy Chief Inspector of Lao Cai province (October 2009 - September 2015); Provincial Party Committee Member, Deputy Chief Inspector of the province, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee (October 2015 - December 2015); Provincial Party Committee Member, Chief Inspector of the province, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee (January 2016 - January 9, 2020).
Previously, he worked at the People's Procuracy of Cam Duong town, the People's Procuracy of Bat Xat district, the People's Procuracy of Lao Cai province and the Office of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province.
In January 2020, Mr. Phan Dang Toan - Provincial Party Committee Member, Chief Inspector of Lao Cai province - was appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of Sa Pa Town Party Committee.
