Accordingly, on September 9, the People's Procuracy of Binh Thuan province organized the announcement and award of the decision to appoint the position of Chief Inspector.
At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Head of the Personnel Organization Department announced the decision of the Director of Institute of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Procuracy on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Duong Minh Luu - Deputy Head of the Department of Prosecution, Investigation and Trial of First Instance Criminal Cases on Security, Drugs, Economy and Corruption, Position (Department 1) to hold the position of Chief Inspector of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Procuracy, for a term of 5 years, starting from September 15, 2024.
On the same day, September 9, the People's Procuracy of Quang Nam province held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to transfer and appoint the position of Director of the Institute of the People's Procuracy of Nam Tra My district.
According to the decision, Mr. Vo Xuan Tuan - Deputy Director of Institute of Nong Son District People's Procuracy was appointed to the position of Director of Institute of Nam Tra My District People's Procuracy, for a term of 5 years from September 1, 2024.
Receiving the appointment decision, Mr. Vo Xuan Tuan promised to continuously study, practice, unite and work together with the civil servants and employees of Nam Tra My District People's Procuracy to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Also last week, on September 9, the Ministry of Public Security organized a public consultation on the consideration of rewards for individuals.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Security is seeking opinions to award the title of "National Emulation Fighter" to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quoc Thai - Deputy Head of the Criminal Police Department, Ben Tre Provincial Police.
According to the Ministry of Public Security, the above proposal is based on Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation.
People's comments on the consideration of rewards for the above individuals should be sent to the email address: hoidapphapluat@mps.gov.vn within 10 days from September 9, 2024.
