Nam Dinh coastal district has new District Party Secretary
On October 17, Giao Thuy District Party Committee (Nam Dinh province) held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel work.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee approved Mr. Doan Quang Hung - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Giao Thuy District - to hold the position of Secretary of the Giao Thuy District Party Committee.
Binh Phuoc mobilizes and appoints many key officials
On October 17, Chairman of Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee Tran Tue Hien presented the decision to appoint officials for two leadership positions in Dong Xoai City and Dong Phu District.
Ms. Tran Tue Hien presented the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on assigning Mr. Le Van Tran to hold the position of Acting Chairman of Dong Phu District People's Committee.

At the conference, Secretary of Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Cuong presented the decision of the Central Party Secretariat appointing Mr. Dang Ha Giang, Chief of Office of Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Ly Trong Nhan, Secretary of Bu Gia Map District Party Committee, and Mr. Do Van Manh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Phuoc Province to join the Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee.
Appointment of Director of Department of Justice of An Giang province
On October 14, in An Giang province, a ceremony was held to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Accordingly, Mr. Trinh Tuan Ngoc was appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Justice of An Giang province.

On October 14, Hai Phong City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work in Duong Kinh district.
The Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee decided to transfer Mr. Dao Van Ninh, member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of Duong Kinh District Party Committee, to stop participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, and to stop holding the position of Secretary of Duong Kinh District Party Committee.
Mobilize, assign, and introduce candidates to participate in the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee and hold the position of Vice Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
