Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announces 4 appointment decisions
On September 16, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a ceremony to announce decisions to appoint officials at 4 higher education institutions directly under the Ministry.
According to Decision No. 2288/QD-BVHTTDL, Mr. Truong Dai Luong - former Chairman of the School Council - was appointed as Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Culture.
Mr. Trinh Dang Khoa - former Chairman of the School Council - holds the position of Vice Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture under Decision No. 2323/QD-BVHTTDL.
In Decision No. 2322/QD-BVHTTDL, Mr. Le Nguyen Dat - former Chairman of the School Council - was appointed as Vice Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Theater and Cinema.
According to Decision No. 2299/QD-BVHTTDL, Mr. Nguyen Van Long was appointed as Vice Rector of Da Nang University of Physical Education and Sports.
Ministry of Industry and Trade announces decisions on transferring and appointing leading officials
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has organized a conference to announce and award decisions of the Minister of Industry and Trade on personnel work.
At the conference, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel Tran Quang Huy announced the Decisions on the transfer and appointment of leading civil servants of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Accordingly, 7 officials were appointed to hold the positions of Heads of units, including:
Mr. Le Trieu Dung holds the position of Director of the Department of Overseas Market Development and Multilateral Trade;
Mr. Bui Huy Son holds the position of Director of the Department of Planning - Finance;
Ms. Nguyen Thi Lam Giang holds the position of Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Digital Transformation;
Ms. Le Hoang Oanh holds the position of Director of the Department of E-commerce;
Mr. Tran Binh Trong holds the position of Director of the Department of Geology and Minerals of Vietnam;
Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang holds the position of Chief of Office of the National Mineral Reserves Assessment Council;
Mr. Tran Thanh Tung holds the position of Acting Director of the Department of Energy - Oil and Gas.
Awarding the decision to appoint the new Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Tran Trung Tinh
On the afternoon of September 14, the Ministry of Science and Technology held a ceremony to announce the Prime Minister's decision to appoint Mr. Tran Trung Tinh as Deputy Minister of Science and Technology - former Director of Can Tho University.
Previously, on September 4, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 1715/QD-TTg transferring and appointing Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Trung Tinh - Director of Can Tho University, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.
On September 9, the Government Party Committee issued a decision appointing Mr. Tinh to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology for the term 2025-2030.
