The Law supplements regulations on requirements for the construction of bus stations, parking lots, rest stops, toll stations, and facilities for controlling vehicle weight on roads, especially stipulating that rest stops and bus stations must have charging systems for electric vehicles; priority is given to arranging charging systems for electric vehicles in parking lots (Article 29).
Supplementing regulations on the State collecting highway usage fees for vehicles traveling on highways owned by the entire people, which the State represents the owner and directly manages and operates.
Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety
According to Article 59 of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, the maximum age for drivers of passenger cars (including buses) with more than 29 seats (excluding the driver's seat) and sleeper cars is 57 years old for men and 55 years old for women.
This is a notable new point compared to the current regulations in the 2008 Road Traffic Law, when the maximum age for drivers of passenger cars with more than 30 seats is only 50 years old for women and 55 years old for men.
Article 58 of the 2024 Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety adds provisions on deducting driving license points as follows:
Driving license points are used to manage drivers' compliance with laws on road traffic order and safety on the road traffic order and safety database system, including 12 points.
The number of points deducted for each violation depends on the nature and severity of the violation of laws on road traffic order and safety.
Data on driving license deduction points of violators will be updated into the database system immediately after the penalty decision comes into effect and the person whose driving license points are deducted will be notified.
A driver's license that has not been deducted all points and has not been deducted points within 12 months from the date of the most recent deduction will have all 12 points restored.

The 2024 Capital Law consists of 7 chapters and 54 articles regulating the position and role of the Capital; policies and responsibilities for building, developing, managing and protecting the Capital.
