Regarding administrative procedure reform and business conditions, this content has been directed very drastically by the Prime Minister. Thereby requiring ministries and sectors to focus on reducing up to 50% of the processing time and compliance costs of administrative procedures.
Simplify and cut 100% of unnecessary business conditions and at least 30% of conditional business lines. The Prime Minister requested ministries and sectors to complete this content in April, and the cuts must be substantive to create openness for people and businesses.

Regarding the complicated situation of dirty food in recent times, government leaders said that the Party, State and the entire political system have been and are uncompromisingly fighting against violations of food safety (ATTP).
The Government is directing ministries, branches, and localities to strengthen inspection and examination, and strictly handle violations of food safety, identifying this as a regular, continuous, and non-stop task.
Every year, functional forces inspect more than 300,000 food production and business establishments, thereby detecting and handling many violations.

Along with strengthening inspection, the Government is directing the Ministry of Health to complete the draft revised Food Safety Law, expected to be submitted to the National Assembly in the second session (October). Food safety management is currently under the joint responsibility of many ministries and sectors, leading to overlaps and loopholes in control.
Therefore, the Government is developing a project to establish a unified management agency for this field to focus on focal points, overcome the situation of dispersion, thereby improving the efficiency of management, inspection and handling of violations.
The government also sets a goal to protect legitimate businesses from the situation of fake and poor quality food.
Regarding the plan to organize periodic health check-ups for people, the Prime Minister has directed the Ministry of Health to issue periodic health check-up guidelines for each group.
In which, children under 6 years old are focused on monitoring physical development and nutrition. Students are clinically examined and risk factors are screened. Adults undergo paraclinical tests to detect diseases early, especially non-communicable diseases.
The funding is allocated from the state budget, health insurance fund and other legal capital sources. For groups that have not participated in health insurance, localities proactively develop plans and allocate funds to organize free screening.
