President Luong Cuong has just signed and issued Decision No. 129/QD-CTN dated January 23 on posthumously awarding the title "Hero of the People's Armed Forces".
According to the decision, 8 individuals who had made outstanding achievements in the resistance war against American imperialism to save the country were posthumously awarded the title "Hero of the People's Armed Forces".

Mr. Ho De (Ho Quang Chinh), former Division Commander of Division 10, Central Highlands Front (B3), Army Corps 3, Ministry of National Defense.
Martyr Dam Vu Hiep, former Battalion Commander of Battalion 8, Regiment 64, Division 320, Central Highlands Front (B3), Ministry of National Defense.
Martyr Dang Dinh Chuc, former soldier of the 11th Congress, Battalion 3, Regiment 48, Division 320, Central Highlands Front (B3), Ministry of National Defense.
Mr. Hoang The Thien (Luu Van Thi, Hoang Dan), former Political Commissar of Army Corps 4, Ministry of National Defense.
