At the conference, the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Secretariat to transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province to cease participating in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and cease holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; transfer and appoint to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc for the 2020-2025 term.

He has held the following positions: Member of the Standing Committee of Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Ba Don Town Party Committee; Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province for the 2020-2025 term.
